Radical Grants for Radical Creators
Funding wild ideas, brave art, and untold stories — with no red tape, no gatekeeping, and no strings attached.
This is not your average grants page.
We don’t believe in broken application portals, endless forms, or asking people to justify their existence.
We believe in people — especially those who create, care, and imagine futures the system forgot.
The Wargachuk Grant Program is a dynamic, always-evolving initiative to support visionary humans through direct, unrestricted funding. Whether you need $111 for art supplies or $50,000 to bring a creative idea to life, we fund talent, truth, and tenacity — not resumes.
These grants are powered directly by the creative economy we build:
Wargachuk.com consulting services
Wargachuk Academy memberships
Royalties from Joey’s Udemy workshops
Sales of the Snaps the Cat coloring book series
If we generate it, we circulate it.
If you have a vision, we want to hear it.
If there’s money in the fund, we send it out. Simple as that.
We launch new campaigns throughout the year.
Below is our flagship grant — Grants for Moms — now accepting applications year-round.
Grants for Moms Who Create
No proof. No permission. Just Support.
Mothers are the original creators.
They shape lives, hold communities together, and build futures — often while being overlooked, under-supported, and under-resourced.
This grant exists to flip that script.
Grants for Moms is a global, open-access funding initiative for all mothers — single, married, adopted, chosen, step, spiritual, biological, foster — however you mother, if you mother, you are welcome here. If you’re doing your best to raise a child while holding onto your creativity — or even just trying to remember what that creativity looked like — this space is for you.
We fund grants from $111 to $50,000 to support artistic projects, visions, supplies, healing journeys, and creative expansion. Whether it’s paint and paper or a year of childcare while you make a documentary, we trust that you know what you need.
This program was born out of personal experience — from growing up in foster care and being adopted by a mother who had very little but gave everything she had. We know what it means to survive. We also know what it takes to create while surviving — and how rare it is to be truly supported in that.
The world demands everything from mothers and gives back almost nothing.
It applauds sacrifice, but rarely funds dreams. It celebrates maternal strength, but refuses to invest in maternal power. The message is clear: give, but don’t ask. Care, but don’t create. Survive, but don’t grow.
We reject that.
We believe creativity is a survival tool, a healing practice, a revolution, and a birthright. We believe mothers deserve time, tools, and trust — not red tape, not judgment, and not silence.
We’re not interested in playing by the rules of traditional funding bodies.
We’re not trying to make you fit into their frameworks.
We’re building new ones.
We don’t:
Ask for income verification
Require formal project proposals
Rank you with a rubric
Judge your worthiness based on your grammar
We do:
Believe your story
Trust your vision
Give what we can, when we can
See your potential, even when you’re still figuring it out
You don’t need to be exceptional. You just need to be honest.
You don’t need to be polished. You just need to be real.
If you’ve been carrying a creative idea in your heart and had nowhere to take it —
this is the place. We’re not promising magic. We’re promising movement.
There’s No Form. Just Your Story.
We don’t believe in putting you through hoops to prove your value.
You’ve already proven your strength by mothering and creating through everything life has thrown at you.
Here’s how you apply:
Send an email to:
[email protected]
Include the following:
Your name and general location (city/country is enough)
Your story – Who are you? What’s your journey as a mother and a creative?
Your vision – What are you trying to make, reclaim, launch, or explore?
Your request – How much are you asking for (between $111–$50,000)? What would this make possible?
You don’t need to sound professional.
You don’t need a deck, a website, or a social media following.
We want you to write like you would to someone who sees you. Because we do.
You’ll get:
A confirmation email within 7 days
A full response within 30 days
An honest answer — every time
We never ghost. We never ignore. If we’re able to fund you, we will.
If we’re not able to fund you yet, we’ll still be in touch. You are not forgotten.
Once you’re in the system, you stay in — as long as you remain subscribed to our updates.
If you unsubscribe, we respect that choice and remove you from the active funding pool.
We operate in trust. We respond with care. We give when we can.
We’re not here to rescue you. We’re here to recognize you.
You’ve already done the hard part — surviving and dreaming.
Let’s get you the resources to take the next step.
Any mother in any country — full stop. We mean that. If you identify as a mother and you’re involved in any kind of creative, artistic, or visionary practice, this is for you. That includes (but is not limited to) biological mothers, adoptive mothers, step-mothers, foster mothers, solo mothers, mothers of disabled children, teen moms, queer moms, nonbinary parents who mother, and elders raising grandchildren. Your medium doesn't matter either. You could be painting murals, making jewelry, running art workshops, choreographing dances, self-publishing zines, or creating lullabies at bedtime. Whether your art is public or private, monetized or messy — if you create, you qualify. We don’t define motherhood. You do.
No. This is a radically trust-based grant. We do not require income statements, tax returns, proof of hardship, or verification of parental status. We will never ask you to justify your pain or exploit your trauma for a chance at support. We know the systems are already saturated with hoops and humiliations. This grant is designed to do the opposite: to meet you with dignity, immediacy, and belief. All we ask is that you speak your truth. That’s it.
You can request anywhere between $111 and $50,000, depending on what you need to bring your creative vision to life. Some applicants request small amounts to cover essentials like a new sketchbook, a paint set, or entry fees for an art class for their child. Others seek larger funding to cover time off work, equipment, studio space, childcare, or even to launch a creative business or self-sustaining artistic project. There’s no “right” amount — only what’s real for you. We encourage you to ask for what you truly need, not what you think sounds reasonable or “deserving.” This grant is about honesty, not modesty. Whether your vision is quiet or bold, we want to hear it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email within 7 days of submitting your application, letting you know that we received it and have added you to the active funding pool. Within 30 days, you’ll receive a full response — whether or not we’re able to fund your request at that time. We respond to every application, always. If we can’t fund you right now, you’ll remain in the pool for future funding unless you unsubscribe from our mailing list. Once unsubscribed, you’re removed from eligibility with no pressure or judgment. This is not a competition or a review panel. Decisions are based on timing, capacity, and available funds — not how polished your pitch is.
We’re looking for clarity, truth, and a sense of purpose — not perfection. You don’t need to sound like a grant writer or market yourself like a brand. We want to know who you are, what you’re trying to create, and how a grant could shift your reality. We’re not here to grade your grammar or scan for buzzwords. We’re listening for honesty and heart. Tell us your story in your own words. If it matters to you, it matters to us. This isn’t about proving worth — it’s about being witnessed, supported, and funded in the creative journey you’re already walking.
No forms. No red tape. Just your story, your vision, and an email away.
We don’t use portals, points systems, or bureaucratic forms.
We believe in direct communication and real stories.
